Problem: The mounting holes are normally covered with a tile insert, but these came loose, exposing bolt to abrasion and failure. The spokes of the fan are also exposed to abrasion.

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-7.
Belzona Facts
Erosion of bolts leads to premature shut-down. There are six blades to each exhauster and five exhausters in the plant. These normally require repair every two years.
