Problem: Leaks from chemical attack and galvanic corrosion. Chemicals included 30% concentrated sodium hydroxide, 65% concentrated sulphuric acid and 30% concentrated hydrochloric acid.

Application was carried out out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5.
Belzona Facts
The cost of replacing the vessel was $53,000. However a replacement vessel would not resolve the chemical attack problem. Lead time for a replacement would have been very long.
