Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-11a.
Belzona Facts
Belzona® 4300 Series Magma Polymers resist sufuric acid at concentrations up to 98%. Prior to this repair the customer conducted a test to evaluate the Belzona materials. A hole was drilled through a mock pipe, and the Belzona Polymers were applied with a reinforcement sheet. The pipe held to 800 psi before leaking.
