Application Situation
Condenser tube sheets of 350 MW generator - each contains 6, 453 tubes.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet HEX-1. The entire application of all four tube sheets, including blasting, occurred within five days with a crew of approximately 28 men.

Shutdown of the #4 generator resulted in revenue losses of over $140,000 per day. Not only did the Belzona crew cut the down time by 75%, the final application has resulted in the highest efficiency the unit has recorded in its entire operating history.
