Parking facility built in 1991.

 
 

Problem:

The original expansion joint was damaged after six years, which allowed water filtration two levels down.

Belzona® 2211 (MP Hi-Build Elastomer)

Belzona® 2911 (QD Conditioner)

 

Substrate:

Concrete columns (6' X 192' each)

 
 

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-6.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Due to thermal cycling, the joints broke down prematurely. The Belzona Solution has been in place for over three years with no signs of leakage.
