The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-9.
Belzona Facts
Belzona® 1111 (Super Metal) was used to bond several steel patches where the steel had worn through. Then Belzona® 2111 (D&A Hi-Build Elastomer) was used to re-create a durable donut replacement. Alternatives included replacement of equipment at $14,000 each. Welding would have ruined the existing rubber donuts. The Belzona Solution was only $600 for each classifier.
