Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet PDP-3. Worn area rebuilt with Belzona® 1111, machined to correct diameter, then holes re-drilled through suction roll.
Belzona Facts
The only alternative was to re-sleeve the suction roll but the delivery time of several weeks for the sleeve was unacceptable to the mill.
