Firstly the asbestos coating inside the dome was removed. The roof was resurfaced using a cement based screed to provide a good base for the new coating. A fully reinforced Belzona® 3111 system was then applied. | | | Belzona Facts:The Application was revisited in 2009. After 6 years in service, there was no deterioration of the roof structure. The coating, although covered in dust following a dust storm, was still in an excellent condition underneath.
