Problem: The Estates office of the College had a number of reports that water was entering the building. The roof leak was creating health and safety issues withing the building.

Application Situation
Roof over Police Training College.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet RPA-8. Damage in the asphalt was repaired with Belzona® 4111 before the complete roof was sealed with a fully reinforced Belzona® 3111 System.
Belzona Facts
The college required a solution that would not disturb the students studying in the classrooms below. The water based Belzona 3111 is low odour and surface cleaning and application did not create any disturbing noise allowing the college to function without interuption.
