Deterioration of vertical flywheel-type chipper disc pocket profile.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-13.

The pockets are repaired in 1/2 day without introducing heat stresses to the metal substrate. Before attempting the repair, all discs should be eval-uated for structural integrity. With the aid of a dying compound, engineers will be able to determine the extent of stresses within the metallic substrate.
