Problem: The expansion joint on the floor leading into the freezer was completely destroyed by continuous fork lift traffic as well as the freeze/thaw cycles at the frost line.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets FPA-5 and FPA-6.

Freeze/thaw effects are very damaging to concrete and the repair material used must be able to cure in cold temperatures and still maintain signifi-cant adhesion to the existing substrate.
