Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-2.
Belzona Facts
Belzona® 9411 (Release Agent) was applied to the male threaded fitting and allowed to dry for at least 20 minutes. Belzona® 1111 (Super Metal) was then applied to the threads of both the male and female components and brought together immediately. Following full cure, the fittings were removed to reveal perfectly reformed threads without machining.
