Belzona Facts
Belzona® 9411 (Release Agent) was applied to the casing bolt and allowed to dry for 20-minutes. The existing thread profile was roughened and thoroughly degreased. Belzona® 1111 (Super Metal) was then applied to both surfaces and then both were introduced in the lug and centralized. Following full cure, the Belzona thread is still operating successfully after many years.
