Belzona® Stops Leaking In Concrete Joints

Application Situation:

Elevated water supply tower.

 
 

Problem:

Water seepage was occuring at many of the joints in the cast concrete structure.

Belzona® 4211 (Magma Stop)

Belzona® 4221 (Magma Seal)

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet WPA-7.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Joints were cleaned out thoroughly and Belzona® 4211 (Magma Stop) was used to seal obvious live leaks. Joints were then treated with two coats of Belzona® 4221 (Magma Seal) overlapping onto the surrounding concrete by approximately 12". Application was completed with no interruptions to water supply.
