Problem:

Erosion of both the leading and trailing edges of cooling tower fan blades, caused inefficient tower operation and raised concerns about blade replacement in the near future.

Belzona® 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal)

Fiberglass

 
 

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FBC-1.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

This huge cooling tower has ten individual cells. Each cell contains eight cooling tower blades, and all ten cells were refurbished with the afore-mentioned Belzona Know-How technique.
