Each unit made from 316L stainless steel had a surface area of 2.9m2. | | | Problem:The environment contains up to 2,6 mg/Nm3 phosphoric acid which leads to severe corrosion problems. | | | Products:Belzona® 1311 (Ceramic R-Metal) Belzona® 1321 (Ceramic S-Metal) | | | Substrate:Stainless steel | | | Application Method:The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5. For the coating application, the standards DIN 28051, 28053 and 55128 were applied. Before the application, the surfaces were gritblasted to a minimum depth of profile of 75 microns. | | | Belzona Facts:The customer already knew Belzona and wanted to protect his filters with Belzona® 1321 which has the required acid and erosion resistance.
