Application Situation

Six new seawater lift pump chambers to be internally protected prior to assembly. The pumps are used for firefighting purposes on a North Sea platform.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance to the Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP-1. Following grit blasting, the pumps weare coated with 2 layers of Belzona® 1321.

Coating of the new pumps extends the lifetime of the equipment and saves future maintenance costs for the client.
