Application Situation:

Concrete cladding panels on office building



Concrete Panels on the lower section of the building had chipped, spalled and aesthetically degraded over time due to dirt and environmental contaminant staining. Panels surrounding the upper windows had suffered similar damage



Belzona® 4141 (Magma Build)

Belzona® 5151 (Hi-Build Cladding)





Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets WPA-1 and WPA-4. All damaged concrete surfaces were rebuilt using Belzona® 4141 before being overcoated with Belzona® 5151.


Belzona Facts:

The contractor recommended Belzona® 4141 Magma Build to the customer after successfully using it on another job. The customer initially agreed to repair just the lower sections of damaged concrete panels. After witnessing the repair capabilities of the product, the customer requested that all of the 28 upper windows be repaired in a similar fashion
