Problem: It was important that clamps, when being slid into position did not damage the conductor cable. Belzona Elastomer lining used to prevent damage.

Application Situation
Clamps for securing conductor cable to platform leg.
Application Method
Application was carried out using a modified version of Belzona System Leaflet SHM-9. Internal areas of clamps were lined with 1mm of Belzona® 2141. An approved paint was applied to exteriors.

The Belzona Elastomer System was chosen as a cost effective alternative to the vulcanizing of rubber sheets to the clamps. 80 half clamps were completed within 2 days.
