Blasting, with dry ice (Carbon Dioxide) used to remove corrosion. Coating of all metal parts carried out using; Belzona 5831 on cold parts, Belzona 5841 on the return water pipe and Belzona 5851 on the feed water pipe. | | | Belzona Facts:Belzona was chosen due to the ease of surface preparation carried out without damaging the pipes. Also the ability to coat the different temperature substrates whilst heating system remained in operation.
