Problem: The aging balconies had numerous fine cracks and the hotel had been suffering from water penetration issues. With high occupancy rates a quick turnaround was essential.

Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-15. the Belzona 5811 was applied using brushes and squeegees.
Belzona Facts
Due to the products solvent free properties the contractor was able to complete the application very quickly and without any disruption to the hotel guests. The standard grey colour also complemented the existing colour scheme on the exterior of the hotel. As the balconies don't get used there was no need for a grip system.
