Problem: Breakdown of the concrete substrate due to water ingress and freeze thaw cycles had left the tank at risk of stoppages to production which the client could not afford. Traditional repairs or replacement would take too long and did not fit into the client's production schedule. The client only had a five day window which they could have the clarifier off line,

This Belzona solution was chosen as the Belzona 4131 needed minimal cure time meeting the clients demanding schedule. The Belzona 5811 & Belzona 5151 were applied to extend the life of this crucial site asset by stopping any further water ingress into the substrate.
