Application Situation:

Rows of Finlock Gutters on Housing Association Properties.

Problem:

Finlock gutters had begun to leak into the properties.

Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets RPA-6 and RPA-11. Any damaged areas of concrete were repaired using Belzona 4141 followed by complete coating with the reinforced Belzona 3131 system.

Belzona Facts:

The housing association had tried a number of different solutions including metal liners, felt and another liquid applied product. Belzona has a long successful history of repairing and sealing finlock gutters.
