Problem: The construction and movement joints were leaking raw sewage to ground. Previous repairs were failing and only channeling the sewage in to the drains. The environment agency were threatening the customer with prosecution if the problem wasn't resolved. The lane is critical to the treatment process and could not be out of action for any length of time.

Application Method
All joints were repaired in accordance with Belzona Know-How System leaflet WPA-3.
Belzona Facts
The Belzona repairs were carried out over two days and the tank was reinstated 2 days later. The aeration lane was only out of action for 5 days. After a month of being in operation there are still no leaks.
Site was revisited in 2019 showing no damage or wear on the repairs only leaks were shown on alternative soltion.
