Application Situation
A Whisky bottling plant was in need of zonal floor markings. They had to be hard wearing & chemically resistant to stand up to the conditions in this plant.
Application Method
The Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet FPA-08. The areas were roughed with floor grinders. The desired pattern was then taped out. Two coats of 5231 were then applied. A stencile was used to denote the 'zoned area' floor marking.
Belzona Facts
Due to the limited prepartion required - no substrate removal, the work was able to be carried out over a weekend. The area was able to be opened back up the following Monday ready for production.
