Problem: Erosion corrosion was taking its toll on the inner surfaces of this seawater strainer. Years of inadequate protection from inferior coatings was dramatically reducing the span of this important piece of equipment.

Conventional coatings cannot handle the erosion and corrosion and microbiological attack this equipment is subjected to. Conventional repair methods such as welding are not possible.
