Application was carried out out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How Leaflet SOS-19.

Ship's mooring lines (hawsers) are very expensive. The steel casting for the chocks became pitted from the salt. This caused jagged edges which wore out the hawsers prematurely.
