Problem: The dairy required several repair and maintenance solutions including localised repairs to the concrete floors, damage repairs to vertical columns, bonding on kerbstones and a non-slip, chemical resistant floor coating.

Application Situation
An old, disused warehouse needed to be transformed into a cold store as part of a major refurbishment of the family run dairy.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflets FPA-1, FPA-3, FPA-11 and WPA-4. A slurry mix of Belzona 4111 was used to bond on the kerbstones. Belzona 4131 was used to repair several areas of concrete floor damage. The floor and kerbstones were coated with Belzona 5231. Belzona 4141 was used to repair damage to the vertical concrete columns.
