Problem: Corrosion of the internals lead to heavy pitting, and wall thickness of the carbon steel. It also led to the complete disintegration of the external water box and it's mount. The customer only had 4-5 days to make repairs or replace it with a new one. Lead time for a new centrifuge was weeks out, so a Belzona Turnkey application was their best option. The exterior was also protected with Belzona 5811, and 5111.
