Application Situation
Rear differential housings of a large fleet of trucks.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet ENC-6 for repairing erosion-corrosion damages. The surface was prepared by grinding the surface to roughen the application area. Belzona 1111 was applied until all pitted and eroded areas were completely filled and the housing was completely coated with Belzona 1111.

The repair of the rear housings on the trucks allowed the safety of the trucks to go back on the road for additional years. The cost of replacing the housings would have cost thousands of dollars but the solution with Belzona not only is cost effective, but also gave life to these old trucks. Belzona 1111 can be applied without the need for specialist tools. The multi-purpose repair composite will not corrode and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals.
