Application Situation
Parapet walls of a condominium building.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet RPA-10 for sealing leaking areas in parapet walls and copings. A wire brush was used to prepare the surface and brushed off to remove all the dust. Belzona 3911 was applied with a brush to the entire surface. Belzona 5131 was applied with a lambs wool roller in accordance with Belzona Instructions For Use.

Belzona 5131 is a coating for long term waterproofing and weatherproofing of exterior and interior walls and structures which provides long term protection. Belzona 5131 also has built-in energy conservation properties providing low thermal conductivity that together with exeptionally low heat capacity, will make cold surfaces feel warm thus minimising condensation and make warm surfaces feel cooler.
