Application Situation:

Damaged concrete in kitchen drain.

 
 

Problem:

Chemicals used to clean equipment in the kitchen were destroying the concrete in the drain.

 
 

Products:

Belzona 4111 (Magma-Quartz)

Belzona 4311 (Magma CR1)

Concrete and Steel

 
 

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-3. The concrete was cleaned and the steel was ground. Belzona 4111 was troweled over the area. A coat of Belzona 4311 was brushed over the surface, including the steel drain, to protect from chemical attack.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

They had been looking for a solution for several months. There were no alternatives.
