Application Situation
Floor area at a food production facility.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1 for rebuilding worn and damaged floor surfaces. The surface was prepared by using a pneumatic hammer and ground to remove the existing concrete. Belzona 4911 was applied using a brush and Belzona 4131 was applied directly onto the conditioned surface, initially spreading to a general level using normal screeding techniques and then using a metal straight edge to achieve a uniform thickness.
