Application Situation
Rubber sock that dispenses concrete into the trucks.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-9 for creating and repairing rubber linings. The surface was prepared by removing any dirt or debris and cleaned. Belzona 2911 was applied to the prepared area and Belzona 2311 was applied with a brush. Belzona 2211 and Belzona 2221 were applied using a brush in accordance with Belzona Instructions For Use.

Belzona 2211 and Belzona 2221 are two-component elastomeric polymer repair composites for repairing and rebuilding rubber components. These versatile, high performance elastomers can be applied without the need for specialist tools and will bond strongly to a wide range of substrates including natural rubber, nitrile, neoprene, polyurethane, PVC, steel, copper, aluminum and concrete.
