Application Situation
A main that pours concrete from a truck.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-13 for lining chutes and hoppers. The area was prepared using a hand grinder to create a cross hatch profile pattern. Belzona 1812 was applied directly onto the prepared surface with a plastic applicator in accordance with Belzona Instructions For Use.

Belzona 1812 is a two-component repair and protective coatings for the protection of surfaces subject to abrasive attack. This can be applied without the need of special tools. This paste grade material will bond to a wide range of substrates, providing a seamless abrasion resistant lining.
