Problem: Cast Iron flapper disc had developed a crack. The check valve was 75 years old.

Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet ENC-1. The plastic applicator was used to form the face in the seal area.
Belzona Facts
Because the check valve was 75 years old there was no replacement available. Fabricating a new flapper from steel was just too expensive.
