Problem: The bulkhead in the intake plenum has holes rusted through the steel.

Application Situation
A US Navy ship ready for deployment needed a quick repair before leaving.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance to a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-1. The bulkhead and steel were thoroughly grinded to prepare the surface. Steel doubler plates were bonded over the holes with Belzona 1111.
Belzona Facts
Belzona was the only fast and effective solution to the problem. Welding was not allowed. The application was completed without using hot work thanks to Belzona 1111's cold bonding properties.
