Problem: With heavy rains the customer's shop floor would flood causing slip hazards, a previous effort of building a curb had failed quickly from the forklift traffic.

Application Method
Application was carried out using a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. After proper surface preparation a thin layer of Belzona 4911 conditioner was applied for proper bonding.  Belzona 4111 was then used to form the curb.
Belzona Facts
Previous repair lasted only weeks, after 6 months in service the customer noted the Belzona application looked as good as the day it was installed and he no longer had to limit the loads going into the shop. The shop floor now stays dry during heavy rain. Belzona 4111 was selected to build the curb because of it's high load and erosion resisntance properties.
