A former was manufactured to mold the critical clearances to 1-2 mm between the removable jet drive and the boat transom housing. Once the rebuilding and molding was completed, two coats of Belzona 1321 were applied. | | | Belzona Facts:The alternative to the Belzona repair is replacement of the housing. The customers estimates the cost to replace the housing is $50k+ per transom. Since there are 2 transoms to be repaired, it would cost $100k+.
