Problem: The roof of this Customer Service Building was leaking, causing water damage to interior ceilings, walls, and expensive office equipment. Stop gap methods had failed and Belzona was chosen because of reputation and competitive pricing.

Application Method
As shown above; a Belzona Surface Conditioner (purple) is first applied to the cleaned roof substrate. Next is a mesh coat of Belzona 3111 (gray) and a final coat of Belzona 3111 (white). The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets RPA-1 & RPA-8.

This Belzona solution was attractive to this customer, in part, because no tear off of existing material was required. Thus the daily routine of the building and employees was unaffected. This roof will be maintenance free for many, many years.
