Application Situation:

Concrete pads, spalling floor areas

 
 

Problem:

Spalled floor areas needed repair and coating to prevent further damage and provide secure containment for potential spillage Treatment chemicals stored on concrete pads without protective coating including surrounding floor area and drain. Spalling to floor areas was evident where spillage occurred.

Belzona 4111 (Magma Quartz) 

Belozna 5811 (Immersion grade)

 

Substrate:

Concrete

 
 

Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets FPA-1, FPA-3. Belzona 4111 was hand troweled over most severly spalled areas prior to hand application of two coats of Belzona 5811

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Customer was pleased to have an option for preserving their existing chemical storage configuration and avoiding future damage
