Application Method:

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-5. Belzona 1591 applied to the bottom thrid of the vessel.

Belzona Facts:

The sheer size of the vessel (35.6 m (117 ft) long x 3.6 m (11’9”) ID) required a dedicated team from Belzona to train and validate the application contractor, provide field support with a coating inspector and a bilingual project supervisor. The lining project was successfully completed in March 2014 to the required specification and schedule agreed with the client. In the future such projects will be completed with Belzona 1593, which offers significant benefits in application ease.
