Application Situation
Feeding channel of the concrete box.
Application Method
The channel was cleaned in order to remove the copper ore residue. After being dried, the surface was conditioned with Belzona 4911. Wooden structures were installed to recover the walls of the channel. The worn areas were filled with Belzona 4111. Next, they were coated with Belzona 1321, Belzona 9811 and Belzona 1812.

This system has offered the required resistance against abrasion and the client was very satisfied with the results.
