Problem: New walls were built from engineering brick around the area. The complex geometry & many possible leak points made sealing the bund a challenge.

Application Situation
A 1200 m² bund was having its capacity increased and any potential leak points sealed.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-15. The floor was prepared with grinders before Belzona 4131 and Belzona 4141 were used to repair defective areas. Fillets were created with Belzona 4131 at all corners around the bund. Finally, two coats of Belzona 5811 were applied to completely seal the area.
Belzona Facts
The Belzona application was carried out in conjunction with other works in the bund. It was able to deal with various problem areas found during the refurbishment and the work was completed in the allotted time frame.
