Application Situation
Concrete holding trench drain grate had to be rebuilt in service.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA. Loose concrete was chipped away and the edges were ground. A wood former was used to rebuild the edges to the original width and height.
Belzona Facts
One year later, the drain is in perfect condition. A conventional repair would have cost 10 times more and eliminated the use of the next room beyond the drain for two weeks. The Belzona repair took 18 hours, including cure time.
