End cover of condenser. Design temperature: 130°C; design pressure 0.1MPa
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet HEX-3. Belzona 1511 was used to rebuild the profile followed by an application of Belzona 1591 as a high temperature protective coating.
Belzona Facts
The cover was originally unlined. Belzona's solution prevented the cover from further corrosion, extended the equipment life and eliminated the cost of replacement. After 4 years in service, the coating is in perfect condition.
