Application Situation:

Floor leading to rink access used by a Zamboni.



Cracks and pitting caused by studded tyres of a Zamboni.



Belzona 4131 (Magma-Screed)

Belzona 4911 (Magma TX Conditioner)





Application Method:

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1 for rebuilding worn and damaged floor surfaces. The surface was prepared by removing all loose concrete and a high pressure washer was used to remove any contamination. After preparation of the surface, Belzona 4911 was applied to achieve maximum adhesion. Then, Belzona 4131 was applied using a trowel in accordance with the Belzona Instructions For Use.


Belzona Facts:

Belzona 4131 is a high performance non-porous resurfacing material that provides excellent protection against the effects of abrasion, impact, vibration and chemical attack. This system is easy to use as no specialist tools are required. The customer was very satisfied with the application.
