Problem: A sweating air conditioner system dripped water onto a mechanical room floor and eventually found the cracks in the classrooms below. High humidity in summer caused condensation on an AC system, which had been recently upgraded. The system was in an area where a building expansion had occurred and a large trough had never been repaired. Additionally, the old building floor and the new building floor were not levelled or of similar construction materials.
