Belzona Facts
If unchecked, the erosion damage could have weakened the bull gear, forcing the need to replace it. There are a total of 5 of these gears with damage and they were manufactured in the 1960's. The replacement cost is estimated at $150,000.00 USD each and roughly 3 months to have them made. This Belzona repair was handled in a couple days by one person and used less than $150.00 USD in material.
