Problem: The metal treads on these stairs had come loose due to severe spalling around the fasteners. The corrosion of the treads had stained the risers and created an unsightly appearance. The conventional solution was a costly tear-out and replacement.

Application Method
The application was carried out by the in-house crew with Belzona technical training. Lap siding was attached to the risers to use as formers and Belzona 4131 was applied to completely resurface the steps.
